Fixed Keysight E36233A Power Supply Detection

  • Resolved issue where Keysight E36233A power supplies were incorrectly identified as E36313A
  • lager instruments now correctly shows E36233A when this 2-channel power supply is connected
  • This fix ensures you can properly create power supply nets with the correct channel count
